The New Year is bringing some big changes to 13documents. The company has announced it is rebranding to Bankruptcy Documents. Following December 31, 2021, 13documents will now be referred to as Bankruptcy Documents.
There are also several new updates providing ease of use features:
• Check Lists – This new feature allows the creation of check lists for the required uploads for cases. This provides the user with assigning different categories that also allows for the easy upload of multiple items. This is ideal for the default requirements for every bankruptcy case that could be separated into multiple categories such as tax returns, bank statements, and pay stubs.
• Updated Emailing System – A few new features related to emailing have also been introduced to 13documents. Queueing documents within the system is now available that can provide catchall or specific responses sent out by email. Along with this, users with rejected and/or suppressed email addresses will now be notified on login to contact 13documents support to resolve any ongoing issues.
Along with the user updates for improved functionality above, some improvements in security features have been added improving cybersecurity by now allowing IP restrictions.
